Fire-resistant Materials

 MELAMMINA (Melamine)

Density 11 kg/m3

Fire resistance Class 1
(CSE RF 2/75 A RF 3/77)

Colour White

Insulating product used where fire resistant and self-extinguishing materials are called for.

Features a high level of sound -insulation, together with exceptional resistance to working temperatures and considerable lightness.

The solid cellular microstructure allows accurate processing and affords a pleasant product finish.

These properties make the material ideal for uses such as false ceilings, exposed wall coverings, insulation in wall cavities, etc.
Maximum size available: sheet measuring 1250 x 1250 m, it can be manufactured with rounded mouldings in relief and pyramids, subjected to the glueing process, or produced in ‘bricks’ with various patterns. Melamine can be covered with plastic films or aluminium or with layers of deadening, sound-proofing materials (lead and high density plastic materials).

 FIREND T

Impregnated polyurethane resin.

Density 60 kg/m3

Fire resistance Class 1
(CSE RF 2/75 A RF 3/77)

Colour Black
Roll height 1,500 mm
Thickness 5-10-15-20 mm

Impregnated, flexible polyurethane material featuring considerable flame and combustion resistance. When exposed to heat, it does not give off incandescent drops or flammable
particles, whilst the foam structure remains unchanged (the mineral framework does not migrate). It can be easily bonded with other materials such as: fabrics, plastic films and other foamed plastics. Glueing processes also available. Firend W in white colour with density of 80 kg/m3 is available upon request.
